  • No-show for a scheduled lesson: No refund will be provided unless exceptional circumstances are demonstrated.

3. Cancellation by Driving School Barry

In rare cases, Driving School Barry may need to cancel a lesson or course due to instructor unavailability, vehicle maintenance, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • In such cases, learners will be offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule the lesson at no additional cost.
  • Refunds will be processed promptly once the cancellation is confirmed.

4. Refunds for Course Packages

For learners who have purchased a package of multiple lessons or courses:

  • Refunds for unused lessons may be considered, provided that at least 24 hours’ notice was given for cancellations.
  • Lessons already completed are non-refundable.
  • Refund amounts will be calculated based on the number of unused lessons at the standard lesson rate.
